Shipping Policy

• Indian Gehne aims to ship orders received before 05:00 pm (Denmark time) the same day at the package shop/courier. Orders are then sent the next working day.
• WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Shipping prices from DKK 35, – (depends on country)
• The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
• Please specify the complete address and shipment details of the person receiving the order.
• Indian Gehne is not responsible for goods dispatched to a wrong address because of incorrect address & details given at checkout. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to divert to the correct address.

NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.

• Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 3-14 business days after ordering. (depends on your country)
• Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
• You are required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing identification proof and to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges.
• When shipping to your destination for paid and free deliveries, please make sure that you cover any taxes or ongoing customs costs that may be incurred when shipping.
• At Indian Gehne, we do our best to deliver within the stated time; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays at the courier or the customs clearance of the destination.
• Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return costs. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
